Canada's Maple Leaf
The Maple Leaf is the official bullion coin of Canada and is produced by the Royal Canadian Mint. It is available in both gold and silver. The design for the Gold Maple Leaf, which was created by Arnold Machin, seamlessly blends elements from Canada's proud heritage. The obverse, featuring the bust of Queen Elizabeth II, serves as a classic tribute to Canada's centuries old affiliation with Great Britain. The reverse depicts a single Canadian Maple Leaf, the national symbol of Canada.
